If your core relationship desire is adventure it means you enjoy exploring new things and challenging the status quo. You want to feel excited, and you’re drawn to things that are on the risky side.

If your relationship style is security seeking, you desire a sense of safety in your relationship. You want your relationship to feel like home, a safe place to lay your head.

If you have a connection-seeking attachment style it means that feeling close to your partner is of the utmost importance.

If your partner has an avoidant attachment style, you might feel unloved or unimportant. Avoidant partners do not intend to make you feel this way. 

Attachment theory looks at how our childhood experiences impact our adult relationships. One of the four different attachment styles is called anxious attachment. Someone with an anxious attachment style often feels inadequate.
