Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”
—bell hooks

Relationships can be immensely challenging to navigate. So often, our most wounded parts are activated in intimate relationships, leading us to a defensive pattern of disconnection and blocking us from what we really need and desire in the relationship—safety, closeness, and love.

Relationships can also be a source of great joy, fulfillment, and pleasure, as well as a container that supports our personal growth and healing. When handled with intention and care, relationships provide us with a precious opportunity to know ourselves deeply and rise from ruptures stronger, wiser, and closer to one another.

Finding a therapist who can hold a safe, supportive, and attuned frame for you is the first vital step toward growth and a greater sense of connection—both inwardly and with each other. I support individuals and couples on their healing journey, where they meet and befriend their wounded parts and learn how to foster healthy, secure, and authentic relationships.

Background

I felt called into this work through my own continuous healing journey. Before I became a psychotherapist, I worked as a translator. My passion for languages and understanding human interactions led me, unpredictably, to a career in a large corporate setting. Leaving a lucrative role to pursue my soul’s calling was one of the scariest yet most satisfying choices I’ve made.

What initially drew me to couples work was the life-changing experience of tending to my own relationship. Learning practical tools that transformed our communication and reframed emotional patterns opened up a whole new way of relating and thriving together.

I was born and raised in Israel in a small community of artists and was privileged to travel the world and live in different places in Europe before relocating to California in 2018. My experience as an immigrant has expanded my capacity for empathy and contributed significantly to my pursuit of a sense of home within.

How I work

My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I work from a holistic lens that views mind, body, and soul as inseparable components of our being and healing process. My clinical approach is depth-oriented, relational, and grounded in mindfulness and somatic practices. I am dedicated to providing safe, trauma-informed, and LQBTQ+-friendly care that is body and sex-positive, culturally sensitive, and centered around my clients’ needs.

Training and Education

I am an associate Marriage and Family Therapist and hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I also hold a master’s in Linguistics from Haifa University in Israel.

My professional training includes Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFS model for working with couples), Hakomi, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychedelic Integration and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and Gestalt Inquiry for relationships.

In my Free time

I love being in and with nature. My creative outlets include dancing, painting, and cooking. Yoga, meditation, and writing are part of my daily ritual that grounds me in a self-care routine.
